Duties of Volunteer
On Wednesday nights from 4:45 - 7:15 pm Trinity United Methodist Church has an after-school program for community children in 2nd-5th grades. They do an activity, family style meal, gym time and homework/games. They are looking for a few college age students to be involved in the program working with the children and especially taking an active leadership role in coordinating gym time activities and helping with homework studies. They would love to have volunteers who have an interest working with children from various backgrounds. They work closely with Congress Elementary School students as well to help offer additional education opportunities.
