How Small Are You?: Your BIGNESS may get in the way of your BUSINESS

Presenter: Billy Lanford

Living in a world that SCREAMS “it’s all about you”, whether by utilizing social media, having most things uber available at your fingertips, participation trophies, or everyone telling you how special you are. When I see everyone going one way, I am always curious about the opposite way; the road less traveled. We will explore what I call, the difference maker, from those that make an immediate impact on an organization as opposed to those who struggle along wondering why “good things aren’t happening for them.”

What do you really get paid for?

Presenter: Billy Lanford

The industrial revolution helped move America (Europe) forward at lightning speed! During this time, the needs were to take processes and do them. Not a lot of thought, but a lot of “doing”. As we were pushed into the information age, I would like to challenge what you think you are paid to do. Is it for information? Or is it MUCH more than that? I know that grasping the ideas that I will share will open up opportunities that you could not dream about!
