We're Hiring! In need of a Student Office Assistant!

Looking for students to work during the Fall 2017 and potentially in the Winter 2017 Semester. The job involves normal office activities including answering phones, errands, filing, organization of special projects, etc. Prefer candidates with excellent writing, proofreading, and grammar skills, social media, e-marketing, website development experience, and computer applications, especially Excel and Access. Position is 15-20 hours per week, potentially two position available. Employment for future semesters possible. Office hours are 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Mon-Fri. Will accept work study.
Knowledge of Windows 7/8 and all Microsoft Office 2013 software applications, especially Excel and Access is required, as well as the familiarity with office machines (phone, fax, copier, etc.), the ability to work independently, and must be responsible.
