Math in Action presents lively and informative discussions of current issues in mathematics education while providing an opportunity for practicing PreK-12 teachers, prospective teachers, curriculum directors, and college and university faculty to share ideas, concerns, and resources.

Join us on the GVSU Allendale Campus, 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 pm for six, hour-long sessions. These interactive sessions cover a wide variety of use-in-your-classroom-on-Monday topics, with multiple presentations for each grade range in each session. Up to 5 SCECH credits are available.

This year's keynote speaker is Brette Garner, assistant professor of mathematics education at the University of Denver’s Morgridge College of Education.

Registration

There are two choices to register. Early-bird registration rates apply until February 1.

In-Person (Includes lunch)
* $40 regular
* $30 recent college graduate: 2018 or later
* $20 undergraduate student

Online via Zoom (remote participant - only some sessions will be available online)
* $10 online via Zoom
