Please print off this release form and bring it with you. Extra copies will be available at registration. A parent/guardian must sign the release form.

All events will be held in the Seymour and Esther Padnos Hall of Science. GVSU Allendale map. Padnos Hall is #43 on the map. You may park in lots F or G.
