How do you actively pursue your wellness?
I think the new thing I am trying to make a part of my routine is being mindful of everything. Whether it's the food I eat or sleep time/quality etc. that has helped me to subconsciously be aware of my health-behaviors. A 20-minute walk daily and homemade food is something I am confident about for my wellness!

What do you do to take care of yourself when you are feeling stressed or overwhelmed?
I think deep breathing is something that helps me a lot. But I have developed this new routine, that I practice almost once a week, that reading my favorite books/novels in the room by putting some dim lights and aromatherapy candle.

What motivates you to be well and stay healthy?
I have my friends and family with whom I talk daily, I guess this is the best time to connect with everyone. But doing a checklist and having a daily timetable/schedule, keeps me on track.
