What does unplugging mean to you?
Unplugging from your phone means to put down your phone and especially social media. It improves your memory, your moods, and sleep. It helps us realize what we really need to focus on in life rather than worrying about other people and to start worrying about yourself. There is so much more to life than sitting on the couch scrolling through social media and becoming addicted, unplug and go outside to see new places and enjoy nature. Challenge yourself try to unplug for a day. We only live once so take advantage of it.

How or why do you unplug?
I have unplugged by deleting TikTok and spending less time on social media. I turned off all of my social media notifications, set time limits to apps and read a book instead on going on my phone before bed. I unplug to help myself mentally and to focus on what's important in life.

What is the importance of unplugging?
It improves your memory, your moods, and sleep. Your eyes and your brain could use a break from looking at a screen.
