"I have been working at GVSU Recreation for 2.5 years now as the senior designer, and it has been a wonderful experience. Not only have I furthered my knowledge in design and marketing, but I have also had the privilege of becoming a part of a wonderful community. Through working here I have had the opportunity to attend conferences, join staff Intramural Sports teams, and even become a volleyball ref. Since I have worked at the Rec I have made a host of new friends as well as built my design portfolio for life after college."
