Our individualized nutrition counseling services guide clients towards eating in a flexible manner that values the pleasure of eating and honors each individual's body and wellness goals
Clients learn skills and strategies that inspire positive changes, build self trust, and equip them to make health-wise decisions in any situation.
All packages include 3 appointments. An appointment is necessary to see a Registered Dietitian.
- Student FREE! Includes intake appointment and two follow-up appointments.
- Non-Student $25. Includes intake appointment and two follow-up appointments.
Our Registered Dietitian is available during Fall and Winter semesters and can assist you in addressing concerns related to:
- Weight management using mindfulness based intuitive eating approaches
- Healthy eating strategies
- Special dietary concerns
- Irritable bowl syndrome
- Overcoming stress eating
- Disordered eating
