Our Group Exercise instructors are certified and offer effective and safe workouts in a fun, friendly, and social atmosphere. Group Exercise Instructors teach to all fitness levels, so all class formats are designed to meet the needs of beginner, intermediate, and advanced participants.

If you're already certified and have experience instructing, complete the Employment Application. If you don't have experience and aren't certified, we'll teach you! Apply to join the Group Exercise Mentorship Program!
