Department Policies & Procedures

Safety is top of mind.

Campus Recreation has implemented specific policies, procedures, and guidelines that are required of all participants across all program areas within the department. 

Specific travel guidelines are required of all student staff traveling while representing the university, including the trip approval process, driving guidelines, vehicle approval, liability, student driver authorization, travel rosters and itineraries, and accident and injury reports.

To help prevent participants from injury severe weather, the following safety plan will be implemented for Campus Recreation programs. Please refer to the Athletic & Recreation Facilities Emergency Procedures Manual for specific building-related concerns.

In addition to the General Refund Policy, Campus Recreation also implements program-specific policies within Fitness & Wellness, CPR + First Aid + AED Classes, Sports Programs, Outdoor Adventures, and Special Events.
