Success Story: Mosby's Popcorn

Campus Dining wanted a local partner for concessions and the search turned up not only a local partner, but also an alumni owned business. Mosby’s Popcorn has been making delicious, fresh popcorn since 2000 and are proud to call West Michigan home.
Campus Dining began selling and serving Mosby’s Popcorn in concession operations in the Fall of 2021. Soon after, select popcorn products became featured end-cap items in campus convenience stores. Brian and Shevyea Mosby share Campus Dining’s passion for GVSU and that has made them great service partners.
Popcorn has always been a staple in their family and building their own popcorn brand was a dream come true. They consider themselves popcorn connoisseurs and only use the finest ingredients to enrich the taste of their product. Mosby’s takes the time to use only natural ingredients, popped fresh in coconut oil with no preservatives added.
