Naturalization Ceremony at GVSU

The U.S. has 77 new citizens thanks to a naturalization ceremony held in Loosemore Auditorium on Grand Valley's Pew Campus on Friday, October 26. After being sworn in, the new citizens, who came from 34 different countries, were warmly welcomed by GVSU Provost Maria Cimitile. 

The event was hosted by GVSU's International Relations Program and Department of Political Science. Professor Polly Diven, Director of the IR Program, coordinated the event.
