Parking Portal Instructions


Account Information

  1. Log into your “myBanner” account
  2. Click “Parking Services; Permits, Citations and Appeals”
  3. In the upper right corner, click “Welcome, (Your Name)!”
  4. From the dropdown menu, click “Manage Your Account Information”
  5. Make any changes to your address, email and/or phone number

 

Vehicle Information

  1. Log into your “myBanner” account
  2. Click “Parking Services; Permits, Citations and Appeals”
  3. At the top of the page, click “Vehicles” to add/edit your vehicle
  4. To edit your vehicle, click on your license plate number, then click “edit”
  5. To add a new vehicle, click “Add Vehicle” at the bottom of the page

*It is IMPERATIVE that you enter an accurate plate number and VIN number

 

Citations/Appeals

  1. Log into your “myBanner” account
  2. Click “Parking Services; Permits, Citations and Appeals”
  3. In the middle of the page, click “View Your Citations” or enter the citation number to search for your citation(s)
  4. You will have the option to appeal or add the citation to your basket on the next screen

*If you cannot find your citation, you may need to link the vehicle to your account first (Add Vehicle)
