DESCRIPTION:Undergraduate Research/Creative Scholar Transcript Designation\n\n\n\nExemplary GVSU Undergraduate students who have pursued research or creative projects are eligible to receive a designation of &ldquo\;Undergraduate Research Scholar&rdquo\; or &ldquo\;Undergraduate Creative Scholar&rdquo\; on their official transcript. Transcript designation application can be submitted at any time. You may also submit an application up to one year after graduation. Application requirements can be found by visiting the transcript designation webpage.\n\n\n\nTo submit an application through our online form please click here. In addition to the application a faculty endorsement is required. Applicants should reach out to the faculty member and have them complete the faculty recommendation form here.\n\n\n\nTo receive graduation cords in time for Winter commencement\, we need applications by the first Friday in April.
