The goals of this ongoing series include\:\n\n\n\n\n\n	To provide a space to hold difficult and challenging dialogue \n\n	Provide context and clarity to issues happening in the world around us\n\n	To assist students in understanding the complex issues of identity and how they affect us as individuals and a campus community \n\n\n\n\n\nThe pandemic highlighted the disparities POC face in the US Healthcare system. This presentation seeks to gather examples and experiences which demonstrate this problem\, while also pointing out ways us as a community can work to change it. \n\n\n\n\n\n	Racism in medical settings.\n\n	Inequality in health care.\n\n	Segregation within city zoning and its compounding effects on health.\n\n	Lack of medical education on POC.\n\n
