Audition Day Schedule
Auditions are required for all students wanting to pursue a major in Dance (Bachelor of Arts), or a minor in Dance in the Department of Music, Theatre, and Dance. The schedules for the audition days are as follows:
9:00 - 10:25 am Ballet Technique
10:30 - 11:55 am Modern Technique
12:00 - 12:45 pm 1-2 minute solo (no costumes please)
12:45 - 1:45 pm LUNCH BREAK
1:45 - 2:30 pm Observe rehearsal
2:30 - 3:15 pm Information meeting with faculty
for students and parents
BALLET ATTIRE:
Women - Black leotard, pink tights, and soft ballet shoes.
Men - Black tights, white fitted dance shirt, and ballet
shoes.
MODERN ATTIRE:
Women - Dark, solid-colored leotard with tights and bare feet.
Men – Black tights, white fitted dance shirt, and bare feet.
