The buttons below will take you to the Application for Music Program Admission or the Application for Dance Program Admission. You will choose your audition date in these applications. The Theatre Program does not require an application or audition. 

The Music and Dance Applications are separate from the Application for General Admission to Grand Valley State University. MTD applications should only be filled out after submitting an application to GVSU.
