Martial Arts & Combatives

Traditionally, martial arts were identified as fighting arts that originated in Asia. Martial arts techniques come in many shapes and sizes. Combatives are activities that pair person against person.  While we offer both martial arts and combatives there is no sparring in our classes.  GVSU offers these classes with a focus on fitness benefit through the engagement of the various techniques and skills.
