Martial Arts

Traditionally, martial arts were identified as fighting arts that originated in Asia. Martial arts techniques come in many shapes and sizes. GVSU offers a variety of martial arts with a focus on fitness benefit through the engagement of the various techniques and skills. Theses generally involve strikes, kicks, blocks and grappling techniques.
