Zoom Webinar License

Annual Webinar License

  • We are only going to allow for GVSU webinar purchases for a year at a time. The annual webinar costs are below.

  • If you are interested in purchasing a webinar license for a year, please email gvsuzoom@gvsu.edu the following information:

    • What account(s) will need the webinar license(s)? (Note that 1 license is needed per account)
    • What participant limit do you need for your webinar license? 100, 500, 1,000, 3,000, 5,000, or 10,000?
    • What is your FOAP so we can charge your department for the yearly webinar cost?
  •  Once all the information is gathered, the webinar license request will get approved by Zoom Admins. From there, we will reach out to the Zoom Sale's department and buy the webinar license(s) to get setup under the appropriate account(s). Please expect this process to take about 1 week.

Monthly Webinar License

If you need a webinar license for only a month at a time:

There are no discounts through GVSU and the prices are the same as on the https://zoom.us/ price site and GVSU cannot control the add/remove of licenses. If an individual needs a webinar license month by month, we are advising users to manage their own account with Zoom and do not use the GVSU single sign-on route if using a GVSU email account.

If your GVSU email account is tied to GVSU's Zoom license and needs to be removed to manage your own Zoom account, please email gvsuzoom@gvsu.edu for assistance.
