The Student Technician assists students, faculty and staff with computer lab and classroom technology, make hourly rounds checking computers, refilling printer supplies and noting lab usage. 

The Level 1 Help Desk answers telephone calls, assists the GVSU community with all computing and technology questions. 

Desktop Support Technician performs setups, installs, troubleshoots and repairs computing technology equipment for the entire Grand Valley Campus. 

The A/V Student Technician delivers, sets up, tests, troubleshoots and resolves issues with technology equipment in classroom and meeting spaces.
