Fall 2019 Graduating Students Spotlights

Ben Scott-Brandt has accepted a position as Coordinator for a national Retreat Center Collaboration project, which is a partnership between the Fetzer Institute in MI, Kirkridge Retreat Center in PA, and Commonweal Retreat Center in CA. This collaboration is seeking to identify and implement new understandings of best practices drawn from a large and diverse group of spiritual retreat centers around the country, as a way of supporting and strengthening the "sector" of spiritual retreats. I'll be connecting with folks from different locations who come from a range of religious, spiritual, and secular traditions and identities, and hopefully sharing their voices with each other in a new way. This is a great opportunity for me to expand on the work I've been doing here on the GVSU campus with Kevin McIntosh and Campus Interfaith Resources. Can't wait to begin in 2020!
