Feeling bogged down by end-of-semester stress? Join the Kaufman Interfaith Institute and the Recreation & Wellness team to unwind, even if just for a moment, during one of the busiest seasons of the year.
We'll be set up in Kirkhof's main lobby on Thursday, December 8th from 11am to 2pm to provide some fun de-stressing activities, unwinding resources, and hopefully a few moments of peace to any and all who are able to stop by - faculty, staff, and students alike.
