Description
Build Dynamic & Diverse Organizations
Inforum and Grand Valley State University know that discourse around
leadership too often stops short of inclusion and equity. Our
partnership program, Leading with Equity™, aims to
change that.
Successful leaders must lead with equity. This unique program
provides leaders with new perspectives on power and privilege, and
tools to better understand themselves, lead with authenticity,
mitigate bias, develop cultural humility, and design systems that
maximize diverse talent.
Who is this program for?
- Participants at all learning levels – specifically those with a vested interest in workplace equity
- Participants who are tapped to grow or lead DE&I efforts and want to engage in shared learning
- 4+ years of leadership experience
What is the program framework?
- You'll take an assessment to help you improve your effectiveness in culturally diverse situations.
- You will participate in a one-hour kick-off session, 1 four-hour workshop and 2 three-hour workshops, in addition to at-home learning opportunities.
- You will engage in one hour of one-on-one coaching at the close of
the course.
What is the financial commitment?
- Tuition: $1,500; Employees of Inforum corporate investors: $1,200
