All print and digital materials used by your unit should adhere to GVSU's brand standards. Below you'll find tools and templates to help you produce high-quality materials that follow GVSU's brand guidelines.

Grand Valley employees have university-wide access to Adobe Express, a simple-to-use web-based design platform that allows users to easily create a wide variety of items used in everyday communications. University Marketing is currently developing a series of templates that campus communicators are welcome to use.

We have also developed a "brand kit" within Adobe Express that makes it easy to apply the university's fonts, colors, and logos to your creations.

This project is still in its early stages of rollout, so we ask for your patience as we add more assets and templates.

A professional way to send greetings and gratitude in the digital age. Clean, simple, university-branded notecards and envelopes. Notecards are 4.25" x 5.5" folded and feature the blue Grand Valley logo on the front. Envelopes are A2 size and blank.

We offer a selection of electronic letterhead templates created in Microsoft Word for download and use with everyday communications. You may not create department, college, or other letterhead than what is available here.

Instructions

1. Select and download the letterhead file you wish to use.
2. Open the .docx file in Microsoft Word.
3. Craft the body of your letter using the predefined fonts and margins. Do not edit the header or footer content — these are the essential elements of the approved letterhead.
4. Save your letter as a PDF and send electronically.
