Assistant Professor Allison Adams has more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, specializing in food and beverage. She has worked for Holly's Inc., Radisson Hotels & Resorts, Hampton Inns, Chuck Muer Corporation and several independent restaurants and clubs. Allison's positions have included general manager, assistant manager, sales and catering manager, director of catering, night auditor and event specialist. Professor Adams served on the faculties of both Central Michigan University and Eastern Michigan University before coming to GVSU.
