Description
Grieving is one of those life skills that was left out of our education, but something we encounter our entire lives. Discover what you missed as you learn how to identify the unavoidable “little deaths” in our lives. This class will cover dismantling cultural roadblocks, the effects of unresolved grief, and learning positive ways to express our grief.
