Beginning in February, the Human Resource Office will transition to a new model for customer service for its employees. What does this mean for GVSU employees? The HR Generalist Model means employees will be assigned based on department/area to a specific Human Resources Customer Service Representative. For HR needs, from benefits to employment, your specific HR representative will be your contact. Representatives are continuing training this month before going live to assist GVSU employees in February. Specific department contacts and information will be available on our website in February. The Human Resources team is busy this month meeting with various committees and constituents sharing what's to come. Everyone is welcome to join to ask questions and learn more during a virtual town hall on January 19.
