Self Care Stations B4 You Go

6:00-8:00 p.m.

Back Four Community

RA teams have broken into four groups and will be stationed on two lobby floors of each building. Each lobby station has a grab and go activity running simultaneously- making stress balls, mental health inventory, yoga and yogurt bars, gingerbread houses (random but one floor really wants to do holiday activities), ornament making, coloring stations, mini rock painting, etc. Idea is that if too many people are at one station at once, RA’s can send them to another floor/building for a different activity for that moment. Still working out if their should be an actual scheduled rotation or if we think we can wing it for two hours.

Self Care Scavenger Hunt

Niemeyer/Calder Community

Residents will be able to stop at multiple locations in Niemeyer and Calder to complete a self care activity such as stress ball making, painting pots, etc.
