1095-C Tax Forms for Health Insurance
If you had health insurance for any portion of 2020, you will receive a 1095-C form that you should keep with your 2020 tax information. These forms are not required to file your 2020 income tax return. You and your adult family members will receive one or more of these documents by March 2 2021.
