Nancy Hoogwerf
Nancy Hoogwerf is a fourth-year undergraduate student studying
Political Science and International Relations and this will be her
second year as a fellow candidate. She is the Chairwoman of
Allocations on GVSU's Student Senate and is also a research assistant
for the Political Science Department. Nancy is active in electoral
politics as she is working in local politics in preparation for the
2024 elections and previously interned on Capitol Hill! She is
passionate about social justice, public policy, and politics. She is
very excited about this upcoming year and being a part of Cook
Leadership Academy!
