Lauren (Lola) Robar
Lauren (Lola) Robar, a first-year graduate student, is currently
pursuing her Master’s of Public Administration at the College of
Liberal Arts (CLA). This marks her second year in the CLA, and she is
thrilled to be a Lead Fellow, guiding fellow candidates through the
program. Lola is passionate about community development and is a proud
Laker alumna. She serves as the Graduate Assistant for the Peer
Assisted Learning Program, which is housed in the GVSU Tutoring and
Reading Center. In her free time, Lola enjoys spending time with
friends, painting, playing tennis, baking bread, and, during football
season, watching football games, particularly Laker Football. After
graduation, Lola aspires to work in education policy, focusing on
increasing college access and ensuring universities implement policies
that meet the needs of their students.
