Amanda Hoffman - Accounting
Amanda Hoffman is in her final semester of undergraduate study at
Grand Valley, majoring in Accounting. Upon completion of her
undergraduate degree, she will be pursuing a Masters of Accounting
through the Seidman College of Business at Grand Valley State
University. Her goal is to become a Certified Public Accountant.
Amanda recently completed a tax season internship with Plante Moran in
Traverse City, MI. Following completion of the MSA program, Amanda
will begin working fulltime for Plante Moran, beginning January 2019.
In her free time, Amanda’s passions include spending time with friends
and family, and being outdoors. Her love for the outdoors was
cultivated through her childhood. She grew up in Harbor Springs, MI,
and is very proud to be from a small northern Michigan hometown. She
is excited to be a second year Cook Leadership Academy Fellow and is
looking forward to learning new techniques that will enhance her
innate leadership skills.
