Electrical Engineering Graduate Student Recognized for professional and academic success

Nick Dipisa, a student in the Master of Science in Engineering program received a Dean’s Citation for Outstanding Publication. Nick co-authored an article that was published in Interference Technology, an electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) trade magazine. In addition to his accomplishments as a graduate student, Nick has progressively gained responsibility within his position at Gentex Corporation. Nick is currently employed by this elite organization as an Electromagnetic Lab Group Leader.

Nick has excelled academically in the Electrical Engineering program at GVSU. He is described by faculty in the School of Computing and Information Systems as dedicated, hardworking, and most deserving of this recognition. Nick was accompanied by Dr. Bogdan Adamczyk, director of the Electromagnetic Compatibility Center, and together their article “Classical Shielding Theory vs. Near-Field Measurements” was published in the premier EMC trade magazine.
