Our Syllabi are valuable instruction tools because they initiate students into the ways of working and communicating in our fields. Every SWS syllabus needs to explain the major assignments that students will draft, the four hours of writing introduction that will be offered, and the way students’’ texts will be evaluated. With an effective roadmap in place, both student and professors can say on track. Whether you want to revise a course that didn’t go as planned or develop a new SWS course, this workshop will help you meet students on the first day of the semester with an effective syllabus.
