Small Group Training
Are you ready for a workout that challenges your body and mind? Get rid of the same old routine and get ready to improve your workout! Every day you train should be making your body as fit as possible.
Small Group Training provides the opportunity for students, faculty, or staff to experience the benefits of having a certified personal trainer, while completing exercises and workouts within a small group of goal-oriented individuals. This is a great option for those that are looking for an effective, high quality workout that is focused on skill development, motivation and enhanced fitness at a very affordable cost.

Are you new to weight training and have trouble figuring out what exercises to do or what programs to follow?
Our coaches will teach you the correct form and progressions for all the main compound movements and create an individualized 9-week strength program. Introductory Strength will be $5 for the entire 9 weeks of classes and will be limited to 12 participants. Register soon before the spots are filled up!

Are you interested improving your strength and aerobic capacity?
Our coaches will create a comprehensive 9-week strength and conditioning program, provide clear instructions and corrections on each movement, and motivate you to achieve new strengths! Strength and Conditioning Small Group Training will be $10 for the entire 9-weeks and will be limited to 12 participants. This allows our coaches to give as much attention possible to registered participants. Register soon before the spots are filled up!

SISTERS TRANSFORMING AND REFINING OURSELVES AND NEVER GIVING UP
January 23 - April 5
STRONG U is for any female-identified student, who is ready to create and take control of their life through Fitness & Wellness. We recognize that this particular group of individuals in today's society have unique barriers when it comes to lifestyle, body image, and healthy choices. We are breaking through these barriers by creating a sisterhood of like minded women where they are able to freely express themselves within a supportive, non judgmental environment. During this 10-week support group we begin each meeting with a discussion topic and then finish out the hour with a 45 minute workout tailored to your individual goals.
