Patient Services Manager

Brie, is the Patient Services Manager for the GVSU Family Health Center and works closely with both patients and providers in a non-clinical role. In her role, Brianne wears various hats, such as the biller, overseeing the front office, attending promotional events, and at times can be found greeting patients with a friendly face at reception.

In 2016, Brianne began working at the GVSU Family Health Center as a student receptionist while attending Grand Valley State University. She graduated with her Bachelor of Science in 2018 and found herself fortunate enough to be promoted to a full-time position at the Family Health Center. Her colleagues have supported and encouraged her to continue her education, she recently graduated with her master's degree in health administration. She has truly become a ‘Laker for a Lifetime”.

Between her career and education, she enjoys traveling, attending sporting events, spending time with friends and obsessing over ALL dogs.
