The theme of the 2025 AFS Youth Assembly is &ldquo\;Defying Adversity\: Empowering Young Global Citizens to Lead.&rdquo\;\n\n\n\nAFS Intercultural Programs is proud to partner with DHL on a new scholarship for young people. DHL is the world&rsquo\;s leading provider of international express shipping services\, which is known for its strong commitment to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) agenda.\n\n\n\nOpen to individuals aged 18&ndash\;35 residing in the Americas region\, the scholarship includes participation in the Climate Entrepreneurship Academy (August 6&ndash\;10\, 2025 in New York City)\, delivered by the NYU Center for Global Affairs. The Climate Entrepreneurship Academy will also be generously supported by DHL.\n\n\n\nDHL&rsquo\;s support for this scholarship and the 2025 Climate Entrepreneurship Academy&mdash\;and its multi-year partnership with the AFS Youth Assembly&mdash\;aims to empower aspiring entrepreneurs to develop innovative solutions that tackle the urgent challenges of climate change.\n\n\n\nThe DHL Group is committed to achieving net-zero emissions by 2050\, reflecting its dedication to sustainability through ambitious goals and eco-friendly practices.
