• Reservations can be made up to one year in advance. Contact Event Services to make your reservation.
• Room cost covers setup of the room (tables and chairs).  Additional charges will be incurred for any audiovisual or catering requested.  6% sales tax will be added to the room cost.
• 25% discount is offered to students, faculty/staff and alumni of Grand Valley State University. The 25% discount applies to the room cost only; audiovisual equipment is not discounted.
• 'Event Services will hold your room for 10 days without payment.
• A tentative hold is not confirmed until proper payment is made. Payment must be made within 10 days of the tentative hold
• After 10 days, the tentative hold will be canceled if no payment has been made.
• To confirm your room reservation, a deposit 50% of the room cost, along with a signed rental contract, must be provided within 10 business days of your initial request.
