Yoga for Stress and Burnout

In this yoga practice, we will emphasize mind and body connectedness that involves postures, movement, and meditation. Yoga for Stress & Burnout will focus on enhancing psychological well-being that encourages improved concentration and mental clarity, being present, increased emotional stability, and reduced stress and anxiety, and an increased sense of peace. 

*This outreach is in partnership with GVSU Recreation & Wellness.
