"What happens when you Die?" is an interfaith dialogue on the theological underpinnings of the meaning of death.

The discussion will take place over two separate evenings; one from the Abrahamic and the other from the Dharmic faith traditions. Each session will have the same learning objectives:

1. Describe the theological underpinnings of the meaning of death in your faith tradition (Abrahamic or Dharmic).

a. How do we understand our human identity in the light of death?

b. How do we understand death in light of our human identity?

c. What are the faith underpinnings for making decisions about end-of-life (EOL) care?

2. Describe rituals, practices and care per your faith tradition.

a. What are the care/practices/rituals provided at EOL?

b. What are the care/practices/rituals provided after one dies?

Continuing Education credits will be offered.
