Talking With Harlan
Date and TimeFriday, November 11, 2016
8:00 PM - 9:15 PM
- Kirkhof Center
For this year's Panhellenic Risk Management Event, we wanted to create an event that would truly benefit not only Panhellenic but the entire Grand Valley community. This year's event will focus on communication, relationships and consent in a fun and interactive way. This event will be composed of two parts. Both aspects of this event will be facilitated by Harlan Cohen. Harlen is an experienced speaker who has spoken at over 400 college campuses and appeared on several TED talks as well as news outlets such as Good Morning America. His message is geared towards college students regarding self-acceptance, healthy relationships, and sexual assault awareness/prevention and his programs are both entertaining and interactive which I felt would be a new way to bring light to these serious topics!
