Stress Management Workshops

This workshop is designed to help students develop coping skills and strategies to manage stress. Topics may include: identifying and processing current stressors, relaxation techniques that really work, adaptive coping strategies, and time management skills. Students will also receive information on how to connect with campus resources that can help in a variety of ways. Students may drop in; no need to sign up.
