SBDC & CEI Pop-Up Pitch Event for The Start Garden 100

The Start Garden 100 is returning! So, what Is The Start Garden 100? The Start Garden 100 exists to open the gate for the whole community to try out new ideas each year, knowing that some can be life-changing. Until May 30, anyone can submit a 100-second pitch from anywhere, in any language. On June 19, Start Garden will announce 100 submissions that each receive $1,000 to help further their idea. And there’s more. $20,000 more. The same 100 then present to a group of judges at Demo Day on August 27. A minimum of ten ideas are selected for another $20,000 to continue incubating their projects. Would you like $1,000 to help with your business or business idea? Join us for this Pop-Up Pitch Event to gain access to pitch coaching from the SBDC Staff and assistance with submitting your idea from the CEI Staff. Advance registration is not required. Attendance is free. Attendees can stop by anytime between 12:00-2:00 PM on Wednesday, March 20, 2019. **Parking will be available in the GVSU Fulton Parking Lot at no cost (located underneath the US-131 overpass, west of the Grand River).** Please call the SBDC Office at 616-331-7370 with any questions.
