Want to learn more about how to manage stress, especially if you are studying abroad or plan on studying abroad? Peer Educators from the Counseling Center will present research and facilitate discussion on the readjustment process for students who are studying abroad either in the United States or in another country. Participants will gain awareness and understanding for the stressors and benefits they or other students may experience related to studying abroad. Finally, participants will learn how to manage stress and learn skills they can implement as they are adjusting to any life stressors.
