This session will be a discussion-based introduction to failure in research. There will be a faculty panel to facilitate discussion about the frequency of failure in research, how to approach failure, and steps to move forward after failure. Additionally, Professor Kristy Dean will give a brief introduction to the psychology of failure in research at the beginning of the program. Joining her will be faculty panelists: Michael Santana, Paul Cook, and Anna Hammersmith. Students of all levels of research experience are welcome!

Facilitated by a faculty panel and presented by the Office of Undergraduate Research and Scholarship (OURS).
