Kavi Ade is a spoken word poet. Kavi's work centers on identity and social justice - as a Black Transgender Queer person Kavi bridges the intersections of personal and political identity, with poems that focus on a range of topics such as street harassment, sexuality, class, gender, race, love, relationships, grief and hope. Join us to experince Kavi's work first hand as well as a Q&A after the performance.
