Description

Participants will work in small groups to discuss critical examples of, and/or situations in need of an enhanced understanding of collaboration. Together, we will talk though lessons learned from the preceding horse & human presentation or connections made to your own personal and professional experience. How do we support productive change in our perspective and ongoing posture towards relationships to encourage deeper collaboration while maintaining clear and effective pursuit of our mission, vision, and goals?

Fred Bueltmann, as known as, “The Beervangelist,” is an author and independent consultant on company culture, the ideals of the craft marketplace and the connected lifestyle.  He has more than two decades of experience as an executive in the beverage industry including service at New Holland Brewing Company and Bell’s Brewing Company.

Bueltmann is past president of the Michigan Brewers Guild and recipient of their prestigious Tom Burns Award, recognizing the pioneering spirit of the “Great Beer State.” A nationally recognized expert on pairing beer and food, Fred’s book, The Beervangelist’s Guide to the Galaxy was recognized as an Indie Book Award finalist.
