GVSU National Student Advertising Competition
Date and TimeTuesday, April 10, 2018
6:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
You are cordially invited to a dress rehearsal presentation given by the GVSU National Student Advertising Competition (NSAC) team in preparation for our three-state district competition next week.
As some of you may know, the NSAC is the oldest, largest student advertising competition in the US. We are competing against 150+ university around the nation. All NSAC teams have the same client
and the same charge: To present an integrated marketing communications plan to solve a real business problem based on research insights, critical thinking and creativity to meet business objectives.
This year, our client is Ocean Spray Cranberries.
You are invited to one, or both, presentations we are giving next week:
Tuesday, 4/10/18 at 6:30 PM in 174 LSH.
Wednesday, 4/11/18 at 3:30 in 2270 KC (in conjunction with Student Scholarship Day).
If you are a professor and have an NSAC team member in your class, please excuse them for this very important competition.
The team leaves Thursday, 4/12, for South Bend, Indiana, and returns Saturday, 4/13.
I will send out notices to students who requested a note for their professors.
The National Student Advertising Competition (NSAC) is sanctioned by the American Advertising Federation and provides experiential learning that aligns
with industry standards. We hope you can join us.
